Rehan School System Waiver Form

We are excited to welcome your child to the Rehan School System. Please carefully read the following waiver and terms, and acknowledge your understanding and agreement by signing at the end.

Waiver Agreement

1. Experimental School System:
   The Rehan School System is an experimental educational system based on the life learnings of Mr. Rehan Allahwala. This system aims to create 1000 direct students of Mr. Rehan Allahwala, following his unique learning and understanding.
2. Adherence to System Rules:
   By enrolling your child, you agree that your child will follow the system, rules, and requirements of the Rehan School System. These rules and requirements may change as technology evolves and as Mr. Rehan deems necessary.
3. Acknowledgment of Experimental Methods:
   You acknowledge that the methods used in this school are created and implemented by Mr. Rehan Allahwala and are experimental in nature. You agree not to sue or take the school system to court for any mismanagement or issues that may arise.
4. Understanding Teacher and Principal Training:
   You understand that the teachers, facilitators, and principals within this system are new and may make errors during this experimental process. Your understanding and patience are appreciated as we refine our methods.
5. Funding and Resource Limitations:
   Mr. Rehan Allahwala funds the Rehan School System and operates with limited financial resources. Consequently, we may not be able to provide the best possible facilities for students, parents, teachers, principals, and facilitators.
6. New System Development:
   The Rehan School System was established in 2023. It is expected to take 10 years to become fully developed and 4 years to reach maturity. If you have any doubts about Mr. Rehan Allahwala or the system, you should reconsider enrolling your child.
7. Parental Involvement:
   Both parents are required to participate in the system by studying for 4 hours a week and completing assigned tasks. This involvement is crucial to the success of the educational process.
8. Curriculum and Graduation:
   The full graduation of the system is based on an 8-year curriculum designed to train students to become leaders in their respective fields. Starting in year 4, students will develop their own startup/business, which they will either sell, grow, or take public. The curriculum also prepares students to take the GED exam, an American high school equivalency, which is equivalent to the intermediate level in Pakistan.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver. You also confirm that you and your spouse will adhere to the parental involvement requirements and are committed to supporting your child’s journey through the Rehan School System.
